Dana's version of "While You Were Out"

Well, Mom and Dad came here on vacation...if you can call manual labor a vacation. The worked their tails off, and below are the results.


Here is the living room before the transformation...


And here is the living room after the transformation. We completely turned everything around -- put the TV on the opposite wall, moved the couches, and of course, painted, hung pictures, added curtains, etc.
Here is the awkward corner in the living room before....
And here is that same corner after. Mom and Dad built shelves and a desk into the wall.
This is a view of our dining room -- as you can see, it was pretty sparse.
