Bryan and I really enjoyed our first Thanksgiving together. Bryan's sister (Beth) and her husband (Jason) came and stayed with us for about 5 days. We had a lot of fun. We ate a lot of food -- and I made every bit of it. I was pretty darn proud. I definitely missed all of you, but we had a really good time.
I was pretty proud of the place settings -- watch out, Martha Stewart!
We took Beth and Jason to Mount Vernon, George Washington's estate. This is the view of the Potomac out his back door.
