Update from DC

Mom and Vicki have been here since Thursday, and we have had a marvelous time. 

My baby shower was Saturday, and we had a marvelous time.  If you doubt it, take a look at the food:

On Monday, we played tourist and went to the National Cathedral.  It was amazing!

 On Tuesday, Mom and Vicki went on a drive to the Shenendoah Valley -- all the way to a tiny town called Buena Vista, Virginia, where Southern Virginia University is.  They had a chance to visit Cousin Tyler and his wife and baby.  Can you tell that Baby Leo is a Bowen?

Our main project, of course, has been putting together the nursery and the storage room.  I'll post pictures of both of those later when everything is done. 

Mom and Vicki leave Thursday -- we'll be putting them to work until then!
