Paul had a follow up appointment this past Friday, to get more x-rays & make sure his broken bone was set right & healing well. Turns out, he didn't break his bone. He boke his BONES. Yeah, both the bones in his arm. They said at the time of trauma it can be hard to see things clearly on an x-ray, but it was obvious, even to me, that there were 2 clear breaks. Boo. It means he'll have the cast on 4-6 weeks, rather than the 3 we originally thought. He's such a tropper with the cast, though, it shouldn't be a huge deal. Still, pretty crazy stuff.
You can't see the breaks in this x-ray becasue they actually shifted in the oppisite direction from this camera angle, but I thought it was cool looking. ;)
