4th of July in Boise

At Mom's request, I'm posting a couple pictures from our 4th of July here in Boise. We went over to my parent's house, where all the kids played in the kiddie pool. We had a little BBQ, set of some fireworks & tried to keep as cool as possible. Its crazy hot here, we broke all records for today, with a high of 105. Yuck!
My niece, Katrina, turns 3 in a week. She absolutely adores Emily & just had to hold her. :)

They have the exact same color eyes.

The boy did not need to hold Emily, or sit with Katrina. He's much too old for that nonsense. ;)

We're very excited for the Bowen reunion, I can't believe it's just next weekend! Paul has been practicing his "I... love... GRANDMA!" I think we'll bring Sam too, it'll be lots of fun.
